Street & Urban Photographer

My photography obsession started at age 8 when I was given a Hanimex 110 by my parents as my first camera which I loved and took many blurry family photos. The brilliant part was going in to the chemist and putting in my films for processing. I never knew what was coming back. With digital cameras, it’s all about getting instant feedback and iterating your process. I really enjoy taking photos of people and their environment.

My specialty is Street and Urban Photography. It could be a grainy night street photograph in a dark alleyway or a beautiful beach scene in the bright of the day. I like to make compositions from people going about their everyday business and capture the moment in time in an interesting way – opening windows into other people’s lives and showing them in different contexts. I’m based in Sydney, Australia.
